PT. Winnerpower Indonesia continues to promote the "Technology to the Countryside" program, cooperating with the Indonesian National Vocational Training Center (BLK) to provide free training for local youth in skills such as electromechanical installation, welding, and electrical control. Up to now, the program has trained more than 300 nationally certified skilled workers and helped them realize stable employment. The program is a positive response to the government's call for a "Revolusi Keterampilan" ("Skills Revolution"), and demonstrates the company's long-term commitment to rooting itself in the community and empowering local talent.
