Project Manager - M&E Installation
Responsibilities | Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall planning, schedule control, quality and safety management of MEP projects; coordinating with owners, subcontractors and local teams; ensuring project compliance with SNI and PUPR standards.
Requirements | Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Electrical and Mechanical/Engineering Management;
5+ years of project management experience in MEP installation, preferably in Indonesia;
Familiar with ISO 45001 system and good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia or English.
Electrical Engineer
Responsibilities | Responsibilities:
Complete design, commissioning and maintenance of electrical systems, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) and automation control systems; prepare electrical drawings and technical plans.
Requirements | Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering;
3+ years of experience in electrical design/commissioning of industrial plants or data centers;
Familiarity with IEC standards, BNSP/SKA certification preferred.
Mechanical Engineer (Steel Structure & Equipment)
Responsibilities | Responsibilities:
Responsible for the accurate installation and commissioning of heavy machinery, conveyor systems, pressure vessels and other equipment; managing the on-site construction team to ensure millimeter-level positioning accuracy.
Requirements | Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering;
3+ years of experience installing chemical, power plant or mining equipment;
Knowledge of ASME/ANSI standards and adaptable to project site (e.g. Papua, Sumbawang).
HSE Supervisor
Responsibilities | Responsibilities:
Implemented ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management system; developed emergency response plans for high-risk areas (chemical and energy); organized safety training and accident investigation.
Requirements | Requirements:
Safety Engineering related field with AK3 Umum certification;
3+ years of experience in safety management on industrial projects;
Good training skills in English, Chinese or Bahasa Indonesia.
Local Technician (Indonesian Only)
Responsibilities | Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation and maintenance of electrical, instrumentation, and weak power systems; participate in the company's "Technology to the Countryside" training program to enhance local skills.
Requirements | Requirements:
High school or vocational school graduate with BNSP/SKA skills certificate;
1+ years of experience in electro-mechanical installation or maintenance;
Good sense of teamwork.
